Ibu Endang Ernawati initiated to establish the Museum
layang Layang Indonesia (Indonesia Kite Museum) on March 21, 2003. The museum was inaugurated by the Minister of tourism and culture of Indonesia at that time, Bapak I Gede Ardika.
